Our Workflow
CNC CENTRE
Many spare parts are machined by ourselves, which guarantees the weight of the parts and the quality of the parts, this improving the stability of machine.
COATING
First we degrease, derusting and phosphatize the parts, then spray them, and carry out three times of coating, which are zinc-rich primer, epoxy intermediate coating, epoxy top coating, after finishing coating then heat for drying. This improves the adhesion of the paint on the machine surface and improves the rust resistance.
ASSEMBLING
Each machine is assembled on the platform for initial assembly, which guarantees good stability.
TEST WITHOUT WARP BEAM
After finishing assembling each machine and before loading, we will test them running without beam for 24 hours, which ensure that each machine issued is a good one.
LOADING
Each machine is loaded very carefully in the container to avoid damage during the long-term transportation.
