SY9000A towel loom is designed by Qingdao Shiyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., LTD. It is a type of towel loom with energy-saving, low consumption, high speed, high efficiency,  and wide range of variety adaptability.  The machine structure is simple, with six connecting rod structure, its beating-up force is large and uniform, the pile loop is easy to get, and the height of the pile loop is uniform, from moving reed to get pile loop, reduce the warp friction, reduce the warp breakage, raise the efficiency of boot, simple, reliable and low manufacturing cost.

Terry moTion

Servo formation mechanism is the core part of terry loom. We adopt a new structure: using servo motor as terry formation motor, cooperating with speed reducer to ensure precise control of winding, it is very easy to weave various kinds of fabric, such as terry, bump, wave and so on, which greatly improves the flexibility of the fabric.

Multi-function human-computer interface

The running condition, reason of breakdown, weaving parameters and preset condition can be shown on the touch screen. It is convenient to put in and transform the data into other looms.

High-performance weft insertion system

The weft insertion system adopts fixed the main nozzle, swing the main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle, special reed, and imported high-frequency electromagnetic valve, which can shorten air path, increase jet sensitivity and reduce air consumption, keep the smooth process of weft insertion even at a high running speed. The one auxiliary jet manifold solenoid valve so that the gas path is substantially shortened-, to reduce the consumption of compressed air. 3 auxiliary nozzles and 1 electromagnetic valve make the time of spraying more accurate and keep the weft yarn more stable. This also saves the consumption of the air.

Double probe feeler

Double probe feeler, it is not only to discovery short or bending weft, but also to find the weft which was blown, thus to ensure foolproof.

Integrated system of air circuit

With all pressure adjusting valves located at one place, it is easy to adjust, loss on airflow reduced, air source saved, and energy consumption reduced

Power saving

Power saving has been fully considered in the design of this model. Weft insertion can be made by low air pressure. The use of two throttle packages with an efficient inlet solenoid valve, the air path shortened to the limit, thus reducing the consumption of at least 10%.

Up mounted temples

The special-shaped guide rod is arranged near the weaving mouth, and up mounted temples are arranged on both sides so that the weaving mouth of the fabric is stable and the weaving quality of the fabric is improved. In addition, the lower part of the guide rod is free to set the configuration of the auxiliary nozzle, while the up mounted temples can be easily adjusted, so the weaving range can be further expanded.
