SY408A heavy body water jet loom is a high-performance loom independently developed by our company and it has the following innovations:

• Adopting strong and heavy main frame structure, the loom has favorable shock resistance and reliability, and thereby ensure high-speed even on wider width and with low noise
• Adopting positive lofting structure to make let-off more uniform, balance the tension, reduce the fluctuation of let-off tension,  and improve the fabric quality.
• Adopting “U” type beating-up shaft with Multi reinforced support seat and centralized lubrication system, and special beating-up balance system, to improve the beating-up strength, and make it more wear-resistant, besides, increase the service life of the loom.
• This machine is especially suitable for weaving wide width and high-density fabrics, which can be easily woven from extremely fine yarn to coarse yarn, from narrow width to wide width, from ordinary fabric to double-layer fabric.

The new back beam structure makes the operation simpler and more convenient. The device with the scale mark can adjust the let-off amount arbitrarily. The adjustment and maintenance of the loom are convenient and meets more fabric requirements.

Externally positive let-off device makes the let-off more uniform, balances the tension, reduces the let-off error, and improves the high-class rate of fabrics.
