Electronic take-up

The electronic take-up (ETU) adopts a servo drive coiling device whose take-up speed is controlled by CPU to make sure the synchronism with the loom and control the density of the weft yarn. The weft yarn density can be set on the human-computer interface instead of changing the gear. The work is easier to proceed when ETU cooperate with electronic let off. We can write computer programs to change the density of the fabric according to the different density of the fabric.

High-performance weft insertion system

The weft insertion system adopts fixed the main nozzle, swing the main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle, special reed, and imported high-frequency electromagnetic valve, which can shorten air path, increase jet sensitivity and reduce air consumption, keep the smooth process of weft insertion even at a high running speed. The one auxiliary jet manifold solenoid valve so that the gas path is substantially shortened, to reduce the consumption of compressed air. 3 auxiliary nozzles and 1 electromagnetic valve make the time of spraying more accurate and keep the weft yarn more stable. This also saves the consumption of the air.

Stable beating-up mechanism

The aided optimum design 6-link rod beating-up mechanism can increase the dwell time of sley at the back to realize stable weft insertion while high-speed or wide loom. Optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism is of short stroke and small vibration and can effect strong beating-up while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed narrow loom.

Broken warp display

6-rowed broken warp devices with a  separate display, which can find the position of broken warp yarn quickly and improve the weaving efficiency.

Multi-function human-computer interface

The running condition, reason for the breakdown, weaving parameters, and preset condition can be shown on the touch screen. It is convenient to put in and transform the data into other looms.
